Tree Plantation Day
Every year, amidst the gentle whispers of leaves and the promise of new life, the Academy BHARATI Memorial Society comes together to celebrate “Tree Plantation Day” with fervor and dedication. On this significant occasion, volunteers, supporters, and environmental enthusiasts from all walks of life converge in a collective effort to sow the seeds of change and nurture the earth’s green lungs.
But our commitment doesn’t end with the planting of saplings. We remain steadfast in our resolve to nurture these young trees, providing them with the care and support they need to flourish and thrive. Through regular monitoring and maintenance efforts, we ensure that each will grow into a mighty lookout of nature, standing tall against the tide of environmental degradation.

The day begins with a solemn flag-hoisting ceremony. A respected member of the community, often a senior or a notable guest, is invited to hoist the national flag. As the flag ascends, the national anthem is sung with great fervor by all attendees, instilling a profound sense of pride and patriotism.
